    • PayPal, Credit Card, or GCash is required to secure your booking.
    • Downpayment is not applicable as of the moment, you need to pay in full to secure the reservation.

    ❌ Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to your check-in date to be eligible for a refund (only applicable to full payments made via PayPal, Credit Card, or GCash).
    • Cancellations made are non-refundable, including reservation payments.

  • Rebooking and No-Show Policies

    • Rebooking is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice prior to check-in and is subject to room availability.

    • Only one-time rebooking is allowed per reservation.
    • Rebooking is not permitted for no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking.
